About the role:
This position is situated across our Forest Hill office (2 days per week ) and Dandenong office (1 day per week) and is responsible for assisting in managing the provision of administration support to the Area Managers Eastern and Southern Services, the Senior Admin Officer, Out of Home Care, Education, and Family Services teams in Eastern and Southern Metro.
Reporting to the Senior Administration Officer, the Administration Officer will support the functioning of the Forest Hill and Dandenong offices including liaison with support staff from MacKillop's central office and staff from a wide range of government and non-government agencies.
The Administration Officer will have oversight of the local integration and alignment of all 'back office' functions including contracting and standards development, policy development, community relations, finance and business services and human resource management in partnership with Melbourne based executive members and their teams.
The Administration Officer will be responsible for supporting the staff and programs across the Eastern and Southern Services and for compliance requirements in the Forest Hill and Dandenong offices.
This is a Fixed-Term (until November 2026) Part-Time (0.6 EFT) opportunity based across our Forest Hill office (2 days per week) and Dandenong office (1 day per week). The position reports to the Senior Administration Officer NSE (VIC).
